With some cars, the aggressive sound of the engine is just as important to the customer as their design. The rise of silent hybrids and EVs is giving rise to the importance of sound designers. The creators of artificial motor sound nowadays are able to reproduce astounding results, but it doesn’t compare to ripping out five kilos of sound isolation from the chassis. This is what happened to the Mustang Boss 302 and we appreciate Ford’s efforts in providing us with this exquisite audible experience. Check out our video from the Detroit motor show 2011.
